Ready to Win Business Your Way at LEMAN Finland? We’re ready for you too. We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our customer base across Finland. This role is all about new business – identifying opportunities, opening the right conversations, and closing deals that align with our capabilities in Air, Sea, and Road Freight. Based in Vantaa, Finland, you’ll have full ownership of your pipeline and the freedom to work independently, with the support of a small, agile team that makes decisions fast and backs you to win.

What The Job Looks Like
  • Closes the right business: Identify and secure new freight customers – mainly small and mid-sized companies – that fit what we do best.
  • Understands the industry: Use your knowledge of at least two transport modes to build solutions that work for each customer.
  • Owns your pipeline: From prospecting to quoting and closing, manage the full sales cycle – backed by a supportive operations team.
  • Keeps it moving: Maintain a clear sales plan, log activities in Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI, and stay focused on growing volume and profit.
  • Delivers a smooth start: Work closely with operations to ensure every new customer gets a seamless onboarding experience.
You’re Probably a Good Fit If
  • You’ve worked in freight forwarding sales for 3+ years and enjoy building business from the ground up (but if you have less experience and still consider yourself a strong match, we encourage you to apply).
  • You’re confident working independently and managing your own time and travel across Finland.
  • You communicate clearly in Finnish and English, and keep things organized – without overcomplicating the process.
  • You’re structured, proactive, and know how to build trust with new partners.
