NORMAL Finland Oy is seeking a cheerful and energetic Sales Assistant for our Normal store in Kouvola. This permanent role involves morning, evening and mid-shift hours to support a fast-paced shopping environment.

You will help present a well-maintained store, provide friendly customer service, and perform routine tasks to keep displays attractive. A busy, upbeat atmosphere and teamwork are part of daily life at NORMAL.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a busy environment.
• Customer service in Finnish (B1) is essential; English/Swedish skills are appreciated.
• You work independently and efficiently; you are a team player.

Your workday progresses at a high tempo and it is important that you enjoy a busy, inspiring and humorous atmosphere.
