Your Key Responsibilities

  • Selling IT solutions and consulting services to medium-sized businesses.
  • Driving outbound sales (including cold calls) and securing new agreements.
  • Managing our social media presence and building brand visibility.
  • Representing Advaun at exhibitions and customer meetings.
  • Supporting the team with a “startup mindset” and willingness to "wear many hats."

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with cold calling preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT or related industries (automotive, marine, or other technical fields).
  • Fluent in Finnish and English; other European languages (French, Spanish, Swedish, etc.) are a plus.
  • Resilient and resourceful — ready to keep pushing even when the first answer is “no.”
  • Motivated to learn and grow — we value potential and drive as much as experience.
