A restaurant management company in Joensuu is seeking a Restaurant Manager. You will be responsible for daily operations, staff leadership, and inventory management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Robbie’s Kitchen & Bar. You will lead and train the front-of-house and bar team, schedule shifts, ensure high-quality customer service and cost-effective operations. You will also develop the bar and beverage concept and manage inventory. You will communicate closely with the owners and kitchen to maintain hygiene and safety standards. We are looking for a local professional with restaurant and bar experience in Joensuu who is eager to elevate service to the next level. The contract starts in February 2026 and the restaurant opens in March 2026. We provide thorough orientation and the opportunity to develop a new business.
