We are looking for an experienced and service-minded Resort Manager / Head Receptionist for a brand-new premium resort near Sodankylä, in Aska on Korpijoentie. The resort is nestled in the peaceful and stunning Lapland nature, with a strong focus on warm, personalized service and genuine guest connections.

In this role, you will help build and develop the resort's operations and lead the front desk team. It's a unique opportunity to combine your leadership skills with your passion for hospitality in an inspiring environment.

Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles
  • Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (other languages are an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of hotel/resort operations, guest service, and reservation systems
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with financial awareness
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
