Job summary

CapsLock is seeking a Social Media Video Editor & Designer to craft platform-first video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will turn raw footage into dynamic videos with pacing, transitions, captions, sound, and motion graphics, while producing supporting static assets as needed.

You will work closely with the social media team to align with brand guidelines, marketing goals, and platform best practices while staying current with editing styles and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio of social media content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Graphic design skills with Photoshop/Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook with strong hooks.
• Create motion graphics, thumbnails, overlays, and related assets.
• Collaborate with the social media team and stakeholders for feedback.
