Job summary
Jobgether SRL is seeking an Analytical Chemistry Specialist for a Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Finland. You will evaluate AI-generated chemistry content, apply spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrochemical knowledge, and provide detailed scientific feedback.
Remote, independent contractor role offering meaningful scientific impact. Responsibilities include assessing model outputs, documenting errors, and contributing to prompts and evaluation methods while ensuring QA/QC standards
Qualifications
- PhD in analytical chemistry or equivalent expertise preferred.
- Strong knowledge of analytical principles, instrumentation, and method development.
- Experience in laboratory-based research and QA/QC is desirable.
- Ability to identify inaccuracies and evaluate scientific arguments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and rigor.
- Develop and assess analytical chemistry scenarios across techniques.
- Challenge models on mass spectrometry, HPLC, GC, and NMR.
- Document weaknesses and suggest prompt and testing improvements.
- Support QA/QC and interpretation of analytical outputs.
- Communicate reasoning clearly to improve AI system reliability.
