Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Base360.ai technology platform.
• Design, build, and launch high-impact products.
• Make key technical decisions for scalability.
• Establish engineering best practices and code standards.
• Mentor team members and create a high-performance culture.
• Develop automation systems across markets.
• Integrate platforms including Airbnb, Google, and OpenAI.

Skills

Strong full‑stack software engineering experience
