Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Mid-level Data Platform Engineer based in Finland to transform an existing data and ML platform into a scalable, self-serve environment. You will build deployment pipelines, IaC modules, and reusable tooling to enable teams to launch data services with minimal manual work.

You will collaborate across data engineering, backend, and infrastructure, and contribute to a roadmap for shared platform tooling within six months.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years or more of professional experience in software, data, platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical working knowledge of Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code modules and reusable tooling.
• Own data access workflows and governance for data resources.
• Build self-service platform tooling and templates for pipelines.
• Collaborate across data engineering, backend, and infrastructure teams.
• Explain, validate, and document technical decisions and code.
