Outlier is seeking a freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape the future of autonomous agents. This remote role offers pay up to $50 USD per hour with additional incentives and weekly payments.

Most experts work 5-10 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours. You will write eval rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents while collaborating with teams to design and optimize complex, multi-turn workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Able to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
