Job summary

Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible hours. Most experts spend 5-10 hrs/week, with potential to scale to 40 hours as project needs grow.

You will help train and test multi-step agent workflows, write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents. Experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
