You’ll contribute to training AI agents and collaborate with top engineers on challenging multi-step orchestration tasks. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or similar fields, and a track record of building production-grade software in live

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
