Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services (data parsing, processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
