Outlier is seeking experts to shape autonomous AI agents. This freelance, remote-opportunity offers pay up to $50 per hour and allows flexible scheduling. Work involves writing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agent systems, with earnings varying by expertise and project requirements.

Members access tools like Supabase, Gmail, and various APIs, and can earn incentives beyond base rates. Payments are made weekly, and access to AI tools is provided as part of the program.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
