You’ll contribute to building, testing, and refining autonomous agents used by top AI organizations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with experience delivering production-grade systems and clear feedback on complex behaviors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant backend/AI integration experience.
• Ability to design modular services for data parsing, logic processing and reporting.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments with multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide precise technical feedback on complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics for agent behavior.
• Debug traces and improve agent accuracy.
• Stress test agent performance under real-world conditions.
