Job summary

Quant Finland Oy is seeking an installation supervisor to coordinate and supervise industrial installation projects in the Satakunta region, with sites in Pori, Harjavalta and Kokemäki. You will ensure safety, quality and schedules, acting as a liaison between customers, installers, subcontractors and the project team without performing installation work yourself.

Qualifications

Technical education or strong practical experience in industrial installations.
Ability to coordinate multiple operators and stakeholders.
Experience in supervision, work management or site coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and daily supervise installation work at sites.
Ensure safety, quality, schedules and operating methods are followed.
Coordinate work, resources and phases of installers, subcontractors and other parties at the site.
Ensure cooperation and flow of information between customers, project organization and stakeholders.
Report progress and document deviations, additional work and modification needs.
Participate in site meetings, inspections and project handovers.
Contribute to tender calculations and development of uniform project practices.
