Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Expert in Offensive Security to join the Cyber Security department. You will participate in Red Team exercises (TLPT/TIBER), oversee external vendors, and collaborate with Blue Team during Purple Team engagements to map attack paths and report findings.

The role requires 3+ years in red/purple team exercises, exploit development, and strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, scripting, and coding languages. Hybrid work model offered in a Nordic bank environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in offensive security.
• Experience in Red and Purple Team exercises and Penetration Testing.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and regulatory red team practices.

Responsibilities

• Participating in Red Team exercises (TLPT and TIBER), including preparation, execution and reporting phase.
• Overseeing the external vendors for the offensive security exercises
• Cooperating with the Blue Team and various stakeholders during the Purple Teaming engagements
• Preparing, executing and reporting offensive security projects like Security Control Testing, War Gaming, Attack Path Mapping
• Be a subject matter expert in the Offensive Security area
