Overview

We are looking for cheerful and service-oriented Receptionists for a brand-new premium resort near Sodankylä, in Aska on Korpijoentie. The resort is located in the heart of Lapland's peaceful and stunning nature, with personalized, warm service at the core of the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• As a receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in/out experience.
• You will manage front desk operations and help provide high-quality, personalized service to every guest.

Requirements

• Experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles (hospitality experience preferred)
• Fluent in Finnish and English (other languages are an advantage)
• Friendly, warm, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with booking systems, email, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
