Job summary

Wärtsilä is seeking a RDE Development Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate RDE activities, including internal training and funded project communications. The preferred location is Vaasa, Finland, with the possibility of hybrid remote work and other locations considered.

You will contribute to RDE activities by supporting communication, coordination and facilitation, working within a highly engaged RDE team with diverse expertise and future-oriented focus.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with relevant work experience.

• Basic experience of Wärtsilä’s systems, tools and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate RDE activities including internal training and funded project communications.
• Support RDE library coordination and development.
• Plan and prepare quality audits within RDE scope.
• Facilitate cross-team forums and enable collaboration.
