IQM in Espoo seeks a researcher/engineer to contribute to quantum error correction experiments on superconducting quantum processors. You will develop features for the Quantum Computer Control Software stack and help drive IQM’s roadmap toward scalable, fault‑tolerant quantum computing.
You will calibrate qubits, run experiments, analyze data, and model error processes. Strong Python software skills and a solid grasp of quantum information and QEC theory are essential.
In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, execution, and analysis of quantum error correction experiments on superconducting quantum processors.
