How will you make an impact?

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join us in Joensuu.

By participating in the company’s quality assurance processes (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), you have the opportunity to improve the efficiency and performance of the organization.

Our Quality Specialist is tasked with verifying the adherence of the quality assurance system, updating documents regularly, and aligning procedures to enable strategic decision-making. Implementing internal audits allow us to evaluate and improve processes and ensure that they meet the required standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and develop quality management systems. Ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 are met.
• Document management. Compose, maintain, and manage documents related to the quality management system. Ensure that all documents are up-to-date, accurately versioned, and easily accessible.
• Plan and implement internal audits. Develop and maintain an internal audit program. Prepare audit documentation and lead all aspects of the enforcement of corrective measures.
• Prepare and coordinate external audits. Prepare the organization for external audits. Take vital steps to address the results of external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Review procedures. Prepare and carry out management reviews. To compile the material to be discussed in the reviews, prepare reports and supervise the implementation of the measures agreed in the management reviews.
• Train and support staff. Provide training to employees on the standards and procedures of quality control systems. To provide support and advice on quality management issues.

Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree (e.g. technology) or other relevant studies.
• Experience from Quality roles and conducting internal audits.
• Familiar with ISO standards, quality system requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and document handling.
• Proficient in communication, adept at composing documents and explaining procedures in Finnish and English.
• Systematic and detailed way to work, good problem solving skills and ability to use IT tools and software.
