Overview
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – join a international environment in the environmental and energy technology sector. You will support the quality management systems at BMH Technology, contributing to delivering high-quality projects and customer satisfaction. The role combines data handling, process development, and cross‑functional collaboration to promote a renewable future.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop BMH Technology's quality management systems, including deviation handling and its improvements.
- Investigate root causes of deviations, analyze background data, and drive solutions with other teams.
- Act as a facilitator to understand process performance and development needs, driving actions forward with a long-term, solution-oriented approach.
- Support project success and customer satisfaction; ensure documentation is prepared and delivered to customers.
- Manage supplier documentation, monitor schedules, and prepare materials needed to support deliveries.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales to develop processes; participate in process descriptions and reviews; help identify improvement areas and standardize practices.
- Utilize M-Files daily; develop reporting, with potential involvement in internal and external audits; future responsibilities defined by background and interest.
- Gather, analyze, and prepare information; ensure stakeholders receive the right information to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in similar roles within the industry, especially in quality management, project work, and process development.
- Engineering background (e.g., mechanical engineering) and an understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and experience in project documentation and scheduling.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adopt new systems; capability to use systems effectively and develop reporting to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Proactive team player with good communication and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken; experience with reporting and documentation in both languages.
- Willingness to participate in audits and contribute to internal and external quality assurance activities.

Location and Working Model
Location: Rauma or Tampere. Hybrid work model possible after the onboarding period.
