BMH Technology is one of the global leaders in sustainable waste refining and solid biofuel handling systems. We are looking for a Quality Management Specialist to join our team.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

As a quality management specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing our management systems, as well as handling and developing our deviation process. You will identify and analyze deviations, and work with different teams to find solutions.

Your responsibilities will also include gathering and delivering quality documentation to our customers, managing supplier documentation, and preparing materials for deliveries.

You will work closely with our design, procurement, and sales teams to develop processes, and participate in process reviews to identify areas for improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use M-Files and Power BI, and participate in internal and external audits to expand your expertise in quality management.

To succeed in this role:

We expect you to have a few years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector, particularly in quality management, project work, and process development. You should have an engineering background and understand the logic of machines and equipment.

You should be an active team player, committed to collaboration, and have good communication and organizational skills. You should be fluent in Finnish and English, and have experience in project documentation and scheduling.

We offer you:

A meaningful role where you can contribute to sustainable development, comprehensive training, strong support from your team, and opportunities to develop your skills. You will also have access to extensive employee benefits, including lunch, culture, and sports benefits, sickness insurance, and comprehensive occupational health care.

The job location is either in Rauma or Tampere, and we offer a hybrid work model after the initial training period.
