Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. seeks an experienced Quality Lead to join our project team on a Helsinki, Finland site.

This senior, on-site role drives quality strategy for Mechanical works and leads the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Lead serves as the primary on-site quality representative, coordinating with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning and Client teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years QA/QC on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP installations.
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works.
• Manage and mentor QA/QC Engineers on site.
• Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Manage NCRs and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to required standards.
• Support audits and promote a right-first-time quality culture.

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our project team in Helsinki, Finland. This role will be responsible for ensuring all Mechanical works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

This is a senior site-based role responsible for driving quality strategy, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and leading the QA/QC team to deliver works to the highest standards.
