The Measurement Infrastructure team is responsible for developing and maintaining products that support our customers' measurement needs today and in the future. The team works closely with product management, engineering, manufacturing, service, quality, and other stakeholders to bring new technologies into products while continuously improving the existing portfolio.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. • Lead design-for-quality activities, including DFMEA, risk analysis, and verification planning

  • Ensure new products are fully verified and validated before release and market introduction

  • Work closely with product leads and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into measurable quality and reliability targets

  • Develop and maintain test and verification plans in collaboration with engineering teams

  • Drive systematic quality improvement across the existing product portfolio

  • Lead root cause investigations related to field failures, customer complaints, and early failure rate cases

  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through implementation and verified closure

  • Monitor, analyse, and report quality KPIs, trends, and risks

  • Collaborate with service, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions

  • Support engineering change management activities to ensure improvements are effectively deployed across the product portfolio

What we expect from you
  • Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or another relevant technical field

  • Experience in product quality engineering within a hardware development environment

  • Experience working with both new product introduction and quality improvement of existing products

  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with structured quality methodologies such as 8D, DFMEA, or fault tree analysis

  • Good understanding of verification, validation, and test planning for complex technical products

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams

  • Experience with quality management systems and engineering change processes

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

We also appreciate
  • Experience with cryogenic systems, RF technologies, scientific instrumentation, or other complex hardware products

  • Experience working with customer-facing quality processes in a B2B environment

  • A structured and analytical approach to problem solving

  • The ability to communicate quality findings and data clearly to different audiences

  • A proactive mindset and drive to identify and address issues before they become larger problems
