Job summary

Blue Fox is seeking a QA/QC Manager for a major Finland construction project on a 12-month contract. The role requires proven QC leadership on GC/Main Contractor sites, coordinating QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.

You will lead inspections, manage ITPs, NCRs and quality records, liaise with subcontractors and client representatives, and mentor the QA/QC team in a demanding environment. EU passport is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong General Contractor/Main Contractor experience.
• Excellent knowledge of construction quality systems and processes.
• Experience with ITPs, inspections, NCRs and quality documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently within a demanding project environment.
• EU Passport is mandatory.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC professional with proven experience working on major construction projects from the General Contractor/Main Contractor side.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all QA/QC activities across the project, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, standards, quality procedures and client requirements.
