Responsibilities
  • Preparing, updating, and managing project schedules with MS Project and internal planning tools
  • Ensuring accurate and timely material flow to the project site
  • Participating in project meetings and reporting on progress and deviations

You are confident with MS Project and Excel, and you bring some experience from project work or production planning, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of logical reasoning. You are not afraid to voice your opinion in project meetings, and you are skilled at coordinating schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
