Project Manager - Turnkey

Location: Finland

Key Accountabilities

• Managing mainly large A- and B-class customer project deliveries independently
• Managing internal and external (subcontractors) project resources workflow together with resource management and participating in procurement
• Act as a site manager when required
• Creation and combining of project-specific documentations
• Project pricing independent coordination, preparing tender inquiries and product/system/solution selections with sales, procurement and other participants
• Provide technical support to customers
• Claim coordination
• Solution presentations and customer/designer support
  
  

Education

• Minimum B.Sc. in HVAC Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Good level of technical, commercial and legal training and experience to be able to conduct the given tasks as described in this document
  
  

Skills And Knowledge

• Acquired knowledge in HVAC industries and construction specific requirements
• Good level of know-how on typical project management tools and IT tools (i.e. Microsoft Office)
• Understanding and systematic work habits to be able to manage oneself and others in project challenges
• Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, construction site operations, practises and phases
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Clear communication and ability to make presentations
• Interpersonal skills; proactive and active communication
• Analytical thinking and problem solving with professional and positive attitude
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) in addition to local mother tongue (Finnish language)
• Willingness to travel as required by the job
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of project management in demanding cases
