Project Manager - Technical

Location: Finland

Key Accountabilities

• Managing mainly B- and C-class customer project deliveries independently
• Provide technical support to customers, sales and Health Operations
• Project pricing and product selections
• Claim coordination
• Creation of project-specific documentations and solutions, and attending in customer projects as a project manager / project engineer / site manager.
• Solution presentations and customer/designer support
  
  

Education

• Minimum B.Sc. in HVAC Engineering or Automation Engineering
• Good level of technical training and experience to be able to conduct the given tasks as described in this document
  
  

Skills And Knowledge

• Acquired knowledge in HVAC and automation system specific requirements
• High level of know-how on HVAC design tools (i.e. AutoCad, Revit) and/or automation programming tools/platforms/protocols (i.e. Codesys, Modbus, Bacnet, OPC UA, Wago, Siemens, Schneider) and typical IT tools (i.e. Microsoft Office)
• Understanding and systematic work habits to be able to manage oneself and others in project challenges
• Understanding of HVAC systems, controls, field testing and measurement techniques
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, diagrams, and circuit diagrams
• Clear communication and ability to make presentations and keep trainings
• Interpersonal skills; proactive and active communication
• Analytical thinking and problem solving with professional and positive attitude
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) in addition to local mother tongue (Finnish language)
• Willingness to travel as required by the job
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or HVAC/automation system design.
