Eaton is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager for the EMEA region, based at a construction site in Gavle, Sweden. You will lead complex electrical/automation projects from order intake through handover, coordinating customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver engineered-to-order solutions.
You will build project teams, manage schedules and risks, control costs and drive improvements while ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery across multiple sites.
Location: Sweden - Gavle (construction site for Data Centers)
Traveling: 50% in EMEA region, rotating possibility between the countries

Our solutions span power distribution from medium to low voltage equipment, UPS systems, and battery technologies, all integrated with advanced automation and monitoring systems like DCIM and EPMS.As Data Center Project Manager, you’ll own the full project lifecycle—from order intake through implementation and construction to handover—ensuring scope, cost, and risk are managed effectively. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver engineered-to-order solutions across multiple manufacturing locations.
