Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects across Europe. You will manage cost, schedule, and budget from inception to completion, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise, with a focus on effective communication and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary project activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budget from inception through to completion.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
• Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and ensure timely delivery.
• Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.
• Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project coordination meetings.
• Monitor and report on factors that influence construction costs, preparing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment delivery schedules.
• Review, validate, and audit cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other project stakeholders.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Lead will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
