We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join ABB Marine & Ports and support the delivery of advanced marine electrical, propulsion, and control system projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career engineer who wants to develop technical expertise within a global engineering organization and gain hands-on experience in international delivery projects.

Your responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you will:

• – Support Lead Engineers in delivery project engineering and design activities
• – Assist in technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
• – Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and related engineering activities
• – Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• – Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on system integration and troubleshooting
• – Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes and ways of working
• – Support project teams in ensuring successful project execution and delivery

You will have the opportunity to work with systems such as:

• – Generators
• – Main switchboards and power distribution systems
• – Transformers
• – Converters and drives
• – Propulsion Control Systems (PCS)
