Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Program Manager in Finland to lead a complex Satellite Mission program from contract through delivery, orchestrating across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to ensure customer success and on-time execution. The role focuses on end-to-end planning, risk management, and maintaining strong customer relationships while aligning with internal objectives.

Fluency in Finnish and eligibility for Finnish security clearance are required; the position is hybrid in

• Must have 5-10 years' experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments.
• Strong customer-facing capability, including managing senior stakeholders and complex requirements.

• Expertise in end-to-end program management (planning, execution, governance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk).

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Satellite Mission programs on time, within budget, and to agreed performance standards.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary interface throughout program execution and supporting Customer Success Management activities.
• Establish and drive clear program plans (scope, milestones, resources, financials) aligned with internal and customer objectives.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted program delivery.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Support the implementation of scalable program management practices that improve delivery reliability and efficiency across Missions.
• Establish effective reporting structure and communication channels and mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate information flow among program team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

As a Mission Program Manager, you'll deliver a complex Satellite Mission program end-to-end, ensuring customer success, on-time execution, and scalable delivery excellence.

You will ensure the full lifecycle of customer missions - from contract execution through delivery - acting as the central orchestrator across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams. Your role is to ensure programs deliver against commitments while building strong, trusted customer relationships.

What we're looking for

Must haves:

• 5-10 years' experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments (e.g. space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT)

• Strong customer-facing capability, including managing senior stakeholders and complex requirements

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes

• Expertise in end-to-end program management (planning, execution, governance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in uncertain environments

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven Customer Success capabilities

• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Nice to haves:

• Experience working on satellite or similarly complex system programs
