Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices in Markham, Ontario is seeking a highly motivated program management intern/co-op. You will craft project schedules, manage lifecycle, and coordinate with the PMO and engineering teams to drive improvements.

You will track weekly progress, analyze data, and report to management, with hands-on experience in MS-Project and data visualization tools. Hybrid/onsite work available for the 12- or 16-month term.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Canada-based university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related field.
• AI/ML specialization is an asset for this role.
• Familiarity with program/project management and MS Office tools.
• Experience with data visualization and SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Craft realistic schedules and manage project lifecycle, risk, issues and action follow-ups.
• Collaborate with AMD PMO and engineering to improve systems and processes.
• Track and report weekly plans, status and progress to management and collaborators.
