Job summary

Wellpack is seeking a technically minded, Chinese-speaking Production Worker for our client in Nummela, Vihti. You will operate a Han's Laser machine, monitor production, and help ensure accurate, safe execution of instructions.

The role includes occasional Chinese-English interpreting and opportunities to participate in assembly and other production tasks in a morning-shift environment. A fixed-term contract with training is offered by Wellpack.

Job description

Wellpack is looking for a technically skilled, Chinese-speaking Production Worker for our client company in Nummela, Vihti.

The position is based at an established metal manufacturing facility producing various metal components and assemblies for industrial customers.

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded person who enjoys hands-on work and is interested in industrial machinery and manufacturing processes. Previous experience in machine operation, industrial production or other technical fields is highly valued. Comprehensive training will be provided, so previous experience with laser machinery is not required.

About the role

Your main responsibility will be operating a Han's Laser machine as part of the factory's production process. Your daily duties will include operating and monitoring the machine, following production instructions and ensuring that work is carried out accurately and safely.

The position also involves occasional Chinese-English interpreting and communication support, helping facilitate communication between employees and other personnel at the factory.

Depending on production needs, your responsibilities may include other manufacturing tasks, such as assembly work and general production activities.

You will work at the factory in Nummela during the morning shift.

Previous experience with laser machinery is an advantage, not a requirement. We place greater importance on your technical understanding, practical skills and ability to learn. You will receive comprehensive training for the position.
