Job summary

Wellpack is seeking a technically minded, Chinese-speaking Production Worker for our client in Nummela, Vihti. You will operate a Han's Laser machine, monitor production, and help ensure accurate, safe execution of instructions.

The role includes occasional Chinese-English interpreting and opportunities to participate in assembly and other production tasks in a morning-shift environment. A fixed-term contract with training is offered by Wellpack.

Qualifications

Good Chinese and English language skills.
Technical skills and practical problem-solving skills.
Previous experience or a solid understanding of industrial machinery, manufacturing processes or other technical work.
A careful, responsible and safety-conscious approach to work.
Willingness to learn new machinery and develop your technical skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to participate in different manufacturing and assembly tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the Han's Laser machine as part of the production process.
Follow production instructions and ensure work is carried out accurately and safely.
Occasionally interpret and support Chinese-English communication between employees and other personnel at the factory.
Contribute to other manufacturing tasks such as assembly work and general production activities.
