Job summary

Dell GmbH in Helsinki, Finland, seeks an Advisory AI Data Specialist to enable AI-ready data on our Dell infrastructure. You will map data landscapes, build integrations and pipelines, and configure governance across PoV and production workloads.

Lead readiness assessments, perform hands-on data transformations, and collaborate with AI architects to ensure secure, compliant data flows and reliable data operations.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in data engineering or AI data roles within large organizations
• Experience leading data readiness assessments and preparing data for analytics or AI use cases
• Hands-on data integration and transformation to AI-ready formats
• Experience configuring data governance and compliance controls for secure and compliant use of data

Responsibilities

• Lead data readiness assessments for engagements, cataloging data assets, ownership, quality and accessibility
• Perform hands-on data integration and transformation to prepare AI-ready datasets for PoV and production solutions
• Design and configure data governance and compliance controls (e.g., access control, sensitive data handling, retention, auditability)
• Define integration patterns and pipelines that deliver AI-ready data with security and privacy controls
• Collaborate with AI Architects to align data flows with the AI stack and avoid data blockers
• Work with stakeholders to align data work with governance frameworks and operating models
• Contribute to documentation such as data flow diagrams, data catalogs, governance artifacts and runbooks
• Coach customer data engineers and platform teams on AI-ready data pipelines and governance practices
