Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Manager Production Quality to lead the quality function across products and projects, ensuring performance, reliability and sustainability standards. The role emphasizes process quality, NPI validation, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

You will drive capability, yield, and quality‑by‑design, collaborating with design, manufacturing and suppliers to optimize PFMEAs and validation plans while maintaining compliance with global standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial/Automation Engineering.
5–7 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing (assembly, integration, testing).
Experience implementing automated quality systems and data‑driven AI in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team in a high‑growth environment with accountability and safety.
Drive end‑to‑end quality lifecycle from Control Plan development to production stability.
Develop PFMEAs and validation plans with design, manufacturing and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with ISO/UL/CSA standards for validation.
Lead 8D, DMAIC root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Implement SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk studies and reliability testing protocols.
Drive cost of poor quality reduction and collaborate cross‑functionally.
