Varjo Technologies Oyj is seeking a Production Operator in Espoo to join the on-site manufacturing team. You will perform final assembly of electronics, mechanics and optics, run tests, calibrate devices and package finished products.

A proactive, detail-oriented team player with background in electronics, optics or precision mechanical assembly will fit well. English at working level and on-site availability are required.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing mixed reality devices, including final assembly, test and calibration, packaging of finished goods, and device troubleshooting and repair. You will be part of the manufacturing team, taking ownership of your work and contributing to shared production goals. We are looking for a proactive team player who can work with assemblies requiring high precision and diligence. Previous experience in electronics or precision assembly, particularly in a clean room environment, is considered an advantage, as is a general interest in hardware, such as building PCs or repairing mobile phones.
