Framery Group is seeking a Production Engineer in Tampere to drive manufacturing excellence on the assembly floor. You will lead equipment projects, advance process improvements, and own layout optimization from concept to line.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree and hands-on manufacturing experience, plus Finnish and English language skills for cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• A completed B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, machinery, or assembly environment with hands-on problem-solving.
• Fluent Finnish and good professional English for collaboration with suppliers and international teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage production workstation equipment lifecycle and collaborate with internal and external partners, including electrical testing equipment development where applicable.
• Drive tasks and projects to optimize shop-floor safety, ergonomics, product quality, and production line efficiency.
• Plan and execute layout designs and material flows to secure production capacity and adapt to changing assembly needs.
• Participate in NPI & DFA implementation and ramping up new products smoothly onto the factory floor.
