Today, more than 30,000 therapy and veterinary professionals use our software every day to help treat over 20 million patients annually across 35+ countries. It’s been an exciting growth journey so far and we are just getting started. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to deliver better patient care through software, with a goal to help serve over 200 million patients by 2030.

Nordhealth is a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Our 430+ employees work either remotely or from offices/collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in North America and Europe, with clients in the US, UK, Spain and many others.

About the role

At Nordhealth Therapy, we're dedicated to building a healthier future through innovative software solutions. We provide essential tools that help therapy professionals manage their practices efficiently, allowing them to focus on what matters most: patient care.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to own and drive the strategy and roadmap for our core Finance and Accounting workflows within our SaaS practice management platform across the European market.

This critical role will focus on ensuring our product meets the complex and varying financial compliance, invoicing, payments, and reporting requirements of healthcare practices in the EU.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for all finance and accounting-related features.

  • Monitor and analyze EU-specific financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure the product remains compliant and competitive across different markets.

  • Establish OKRs and KPIs for financial workflows, tracking adoption, usage, and business impact.

Execution & Delivery
  • Translate high-level strategy into detailed, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering and design teams.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and iteration, working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Product Marketing.

  • Prioritize the backlog based on business value, user needs, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.

Market & User Expertise
  • Conduct deep market and user research to understand the specific needs and pain points of practice managers, accountants, and finance users within the healthcare vertical in the EU.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for finance/accounting within the product team, educating internal stakeholders on the regulatory landscape and complex workflows.

  • Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and product usage data to validate product ideas and test prototypes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to gather feedback, conduct training, and ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new features.

  • Work closely with M&A integration teams to harmonize financial workflows across newly acquired products.

What will help you to be successful in this role?
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS company (B2B preferred).

  • Deep domain expertise in Finance and/or Accounting software workflows (e.g., billing, invoicing, payments, general ledger, expense management, accounts receivable).

  • Demonstrated experience working with EU financial compliance and tax regulations (e.g., VAT, varying invoice standards).

  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to articulate complex financial system requirements to engineering teams.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience & Skills (Good to Have)
  • Experience in the Healthcare IT or MedTech domain, specifically with practice management software or Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

  • Experience managing integrations with third-party accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, DATEV).

  • Fluency in one or more major European languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch).

  • Experience in high-growth, international companies.

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration.

  • The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

  • Learning and professional growth opportunities.

  • The tools you need, and enjoy using.

  • Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world.

If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you.
