Job summary

Wärtsilä seeks a Product Engineer to join the Catalyst Systems Products Technical Management team in Finland. Based in Vaasa (Turku possible) you will manage product documentation and collaborate with SMEs to develop manuals and technical content.

This early-to-mid-career role offers exposure to product management, documentation, and customer support within a global marine technology leader. English proficiency is essential; Finnish/Swedish are a plus.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in technical documentation and structured authoring environments.

Responsibilities

• Product management and documentation.
• Create, maintain, and update product manuals and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.
