Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team. You will connect procurement tracker logic with Primavera P6 master schedule, manage long-lead item planning, and support BIMMS integration.

You’ll collaborate with Procurement, Planning, and Engineering to reflect milestones in the schedule and identify risks early. This role focuses on integrating procurement with the overall project programme for data center and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• Experience in procurement planning and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Integrate procurement planning into the overall project scheduling process.
• Link procurement milestones and long-lead items to the master schedule.
• Identify schedule risks early and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain Governance of Procurement Ready and IFC Ready gates.
• Support cross-functional coordination between Procurement, Planning, and Engineering.
• Ensure procurement milestones are reflected in the project schedule.
