Job summary

Sanmina in Haukipudas, Oulu, is seeking a Process Engineer to join the local engineering team on-site with flexible hours. You will design and optimize electronics production processes and lead improvements for SMT and PCB assembly.

Key collaborations include operators, maintenance, IT and quality teams, plus supporting customers' design efforts. Finnish and English fluency and a engineering degree are required, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Sanmina designs, manufactures and repairs optical, electronic and mechanical products. The company serves industries including industrial, medical, defense, aerospace, automotive, telecom and cloud services. The Haukipudas site in Oulu provides electronics contract manufacturing and supports circuit board assemblies and systems for telecommunications, healthcare, defense and instrumentation. The unit offers local DFX, prototyping and launch (NPI) services and mass production of boards and systems, with strong supply chain management and direct links to over 70 global facilities. We seek a Process Engineer for a permanent position to join the local Engineering team (~15 engineers). On-site in Haukiputa, flexible hours.
