Job description

Click Personnel Services is seeking an Electronics Product Assembler for a long-term position with a client company in South Tampere. The client provides electronics design, manufacturing, and maintenance services with over 30 years of experience.

The primary responsibility is the assembly of intelligent electronic ventilation products. The work involves several different stages and is performed in a small group. The role requires the ability to interpret drawings and wiring diagrams, proficiency with hand tools, manual dexterity, precision, and the ability to combine components smoothly and with high quality. The candidate must be capable of long-term repetitive work and willing to commit to the role for a long period.

Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage for independent work, though candidates at the start of their career who are meticulous and dexterous are also welcome. An electronics background is considered an asset.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours/week) with a flexible working hour system. Willingness to work evening shifts in the future is an advantage.

The position starts as a fixed-term rental employment through Click Personnel Services in August, with the intention of moving to a long-term permanent contract. The role follows the technology industry collective agreement.
