The position is independent and goal-driven with strong support from the organization, experienced colleagues, and leadership. The successful candidate will need an entrepreneurial mindset, active client work and networking skills, and experience in long-term client relationships in financial services. APV1 qualification with readiness for APV2 is required, along with excellent Finnish language skills and understanding of regulatory guidelines. Training is provided at the start, followed by a performance-based incentive structure.
