Job summary

Alexandria Group Oyj seeks an experienced Private Banker in Oulu to build new client relationships and manage long-term partnerships. You will provide tailored wealth management and planning services, drawing on our diverse product range and partner expertise to help clients grow and protect wealth across market conditions.

The role is autonomous and goal-driven, with strong support from the organization, seasoned colleagues, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term client work in finance and proven sales success.
• Excellent Finnish language skills and ability to understand regulatory guidelines.
• APV1 certification completed and readiness for APV2, or equivalent expertise.

We seek an experienced Private Banker for our Oulu office.

The role includes building new client relationships, managing and developing long-term relationships with individuals and businesses, and offering tailored wealth management and planning services to support wealth growth and protection across market conditions.

You will leverage Alexandria's diverse product range and partner expertise to meet clients' needs.

The work is autonomous and goal-driven, with strong support from the organization, seasoned colleagues, and your supervisor.

Successful performance requires proactive attitude and taking ownership of your work, with freedom to influence your schedule.

Early in the career, you will be supported with an entrepreneurship-training module during which you are employed under a fixed compensation. After training, you transition to a commission-based structure.
