Job summary

Validia in Järvenpää is seeking enthusiastic gig workers to support residents in a 24/7 unit. You’ll help with daily activities, medication administration, documentation, and personal care, guided by each client’s service plan.

Qualifications

• Suitable social and health care education or currently in the final stages of studies (at least 120 ECTS completed).

• Vaccination protection and TB screening as per regulations.
• Admission to the relevant background check from social and health care supervision.

Join Validia to help write the story of your life. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed gig workers for the Järvenpää Validia-talo. Our work suits both full-time professionals and final-stage practical nurse or nursing students, as well as retirees looking for extra work. Completed LOVe tests (or equivalent medication administration training) or the possibility to complete them at the start of the employment are considered an asset.

The Järvenpää Validia-talo is a 24/7 supported living unit with 32 residents. Our clients are disabled or physically disabled individuals, and with Validia we enable them to live a life that suits them and is of high quality. You will work in varied tasks, interacting with clients as individuals and supporting them in daily life. Duties include taking care of basic daily activities, medication administration, documentation, and providing personal care and recreation moments. The work is guided by the client’s individual service plan.
