Job summary

Attendo Oy is seeking on-call practical nurses for the Oma West Uusimaa 2 substitute pool, covering Lohja, Nummela, and Kirkkonummi. Work when it suits you, gaining experience across twelve elderly care homes, two homes for people with intellectual disabilities, and a mental health rehabilitation home.

You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering care to the elderly, people with disabilities, and those in mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must have vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse).
• Active and rehabilitative work approach.
• Vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act (Section 48).
• Hygiene passport and LOVe medication permits or willingness to obtain them.
• Criminal record extract and Sote professional card required.
• Interest in working with the elderly, people with intellectual disabilities, and mental health rehabilitation patients.
• Flexible on-call shifts via app; smoke-free workplace.

Responsibilities

This on-call role offers flexibility, allowing you to work when it suits you best and gain experience in diverse environments. The pool serves twelve elderly care homes, two homes for people with intellectual disabilities, and one mental health rehabilitation home.

As an on-call worker, you can pick up shifts conveniently via an application and choose which homes within the region you wish to work in. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing care for the elderly, people with disabilities, and those in mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation.

Requirements include a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse), an active and rehabilitative approach, and mandatory vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act. A hygiene passport, LOVe medication permits (or willingness to obtain them), a criminal record extract, and a Sote professional card are also required.
