Job Description: Distributor

The duties include the primary responsibilities as well as other tasks specified by the employer.

Work Area and Schedule

• The distributor's area covers Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa.
• Routes may change during employment due to work arrangements.
• This is a full-time position with varying hours between 0-40 hours per week, based on needs.
• The distribution schedule is determined by the routes and the work hours system in use, which the employer sets.
• The employee consents to day and night work, including Sundays, if necessary.
• Work is scheduled in shifts, generally 1-4 days per week, Monday to Friday.

Working Hours and Compensation

• Maximum daily hours: 10 hours; maximum weekly hours: 40 hours.
• Daily hours are typically capped at 8 hours.
• The probation period is 6 months.
• The hourly wage is €10.19.
• The employee must have a personal vehicle; mileage compensation is €0.59 per km, tax-free, as per current regulations.
• Salary is paid monthly, on the 30th, via electronic transfer.

Employment Terms

• Final settlement is paid at the next normal payday upon termination.
• The position is covered by the collective agreement between the Media Federation and the Finnish Industry Federation.
• The employment can be fixed-term or indefinite, with respective termination rights.

Confidentiality and Tools

• The employee must maintain confidentiality regarding company and customer information, both during and after employment.
• All tools provided must be returned upon employment termination.
